About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website (inchcolmvets.co.uk) and, if you're a client, the Client Portal. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the portal.

This site is operated by Inchcolm Veterinary Services, Unit 7B (GF), Castle Industrial Centre,
Queensferry Road, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8NT.

Our services

Inchcolm Veterinary Services is a poultry veterinary practice. This website describes our services and lets prospective and existing clients get in touch; it isn't an online shop and no purchases are made through it. Any veterinary advice, health plans or diagnostic services are agreed separately with you directly, not through this website.

The Client Portal

If you're a client, our staff will set up a Client Portal account for you so you can access documents relating to your flock's health — lab reports, visit reports and other veterinary paperwork.

• You're responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential, and for anyone at your business who uses your account.
• You can only see documents assigned to your own account — the portal is built so that one client can never see another client's information.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us straight away and we'll help secure it.
• If you leave or your account is no longer needed, we may deactivate or delete it; your documents are kept on file for our records even after an account is removed.

Documents and reports

Documents made available through the Client Portal are provided for your information and record-keeping. They're not a substitute for direct communication with your Inchcolm veterinary contact — if you have questions about a result or report, please get in touch with us directly rather than relying on the document alone.

Using this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Client Portal, other clients' accounts or documents, or any other part of the site or its underlying systems.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Inchcolm Veterinary Services or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, republish or distribute them without our permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website and the Client Portal accurate, secure and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, except where that loss results from our negligence or is a liability that can't legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability in a way not permitted by law, or affects your rights as a client under any separate agreement or contract you have with us for veterinary services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute relating to them will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
